12:10 Devoted Ministries is a local, faith-based ministry dedicated to serving the Morley-Stanwood community through the love and truth of Jesus Christ. Our purpose is to build meaningful relationships, mentor and encourage the youth of our community, and provide opportunities for individuals and families to grow in their faith.
We strive to serve those who live in and around our community by offering Bible studies, youth mentoring, community gatherings, fellowship events, and opportunities to build lasting friendships. Through these ministries, we seek to create a welcoming environment where people of all ages can experience God's love, develop authentic relationships, and be equipped to live lives devoted to Christ and to serving others.
At 12:10 Devoted Ministries, we believe that strong communities are built through faith, compassion, service, and genuine connection. Our commitment is to be a Christ-centered presence that inspires hope, encourages spiritual growth, and demonstrates God's love through action.
Our History
12:10 Devoted Ministries was born out of a simple desire—to love people well and to meet them where they are.
Our founder has faithfully served as a Youth Director at a local church, where he witnessed firsthand the challenges that children, teenagers, young adults, and families face every day. Through years of ministry, it became clear that many people were searching for more than just a weekly church service. They needed meaningful relationships, encouragement, mentorship, and a place where they could belong.
That calling led to the creation of Kidz Connection, a mentoring program at the local elementary school. Through positive relationships, caring volunteers, and consistent encouragement, Kidz Connection has provided children with hope, guidance, and opportunities to experience the love of Jesus in practical ways.
As the ministry continued to grow, a need became evident for students beyond elementary school. This led to a partnership with 712 Ministries, a middle school and High School ministry focused on helping students navigate the important years between childhood and high school. At the same time, our team has continued to partner with and support ministry efforts reaching high school students, building lasting relationships and encouraging young people to grow in their faith.
Over the years, these ministries have become much more than youth programs. They have become places where students, young adults, parents, and entire families have found support during difficult seasons. We have walked alongside people experiencing grief, anxiety, broken relationships, uncertainty, and life's everyday struggles. Through listening, mentoring, prayer, and simply being present, we have seen God work in countless lives.
As these relationships continued to grow, so did the vision.
We recognized the need for a dedicated place where people could gather throughout the week—a place that felt welcoming, comfortable, and free from pressure. A place where conversations could happen around a fire, where students could safely spend time together, where families could build community, where Bible studies and small groups could meet, and where anyone could come just as they are.
That vision became 12:10 Devoted Ministries.
Today, we are working to create a ministry center designed to serve the Morley-Stanwood community. Inside, it will provide a comfortable space for fellowship, learning, mentoring, and discipleship. Outside, it will feature gathering spaces including a patio, fire pit, Gaga Ball, 9 Square in the Air, and other recreational opportunities that encourage community and healthy relationships.
Our mission remains the same as it was from the beginning: to love people, build authentic relationships, point others to Jesus Christ, and create a place where everyone is welcomed, valued, and encouraged to grow in faith together.
We believe ministry happens through everyday moments, genuine friendships, and lives devoted to Christ and devoted to one another. As we continue to grow, we look forward to serving the Morley-Stanwood community for many years to come, trusting God to use this ministry to bring hope, healing, and lasting transformation.
Our Vision
To see the Morley-Stanwood community transformed by the love of Jesus Christ as people of all ages grow in faith, build authentic relationships, and become devoted followers of Christ who serve others with compassion, integrity, and hope. We envision a community where every young person has a mentor, every family has a place to belong, and every individual has the opportunity to experience God's grace through genuine friendship, biblical teaching, and faithful service.
